One More Time!
I know that I have written about this before, but following last weeks post about a couple of options to jump start your weight loss – let’s go back to this premise.

Eating healthy is important – but eating less – is in my opinion far more important if you are really interested in losing weight. I’ve written about 80 bites, their philosophy (basically our stomachs are overstretched) and their app all found at – Now they have put into pictures the average bite count of some food plates from various restaurants around the NYC area, and the counts are startling.
